The Paid Media Growth Strategist will execute and shape paid media strategies, manage client budgets, and lead client communications to drive growth and strengthen relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the growth strategist for paid media management: media buying, client communication, and creative strategy
- Manage, plan, design, and operate paid media campaigns to grow your book of business
- Own budget management and tracking to keep spend aligned with client goals, including reporting and forecasting
- Lead client communication — daily Slack updates, biweekly calls, and quarterly business reviews — to build strong relationships and keep clients informed on progress toward their KPIs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions
- Drive client growth in a way that strengthens Structured's reputation and business
- Take full ownership of your client accounts — successes and failures alike
- Stay current on industry trends through daily use of reporting and analytics tools
Skills
- 3+ years of Paid Media experience in an agency setting, including recent media buying experience
- 3+ years of Facebook/Meta advertising experience
- 2+ years as the primary growth marketing lead for e-commerce DTC brands
- Experience managing $100K+/month budgets across Google and Meta
- Experience running paid campaigns beyond Facebook/Instagram — Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc
- Experience pulling reporting in Shopify and connecting it back to Paid Media's impact
- Experience with attribution tools, like Triplewhale and Northbeam
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and navigate difficult client conversations
- Ability to identify core KPIs and growth strategies for e-commerce brands — even when founders don't yet know what those are — and communicate them clearly and strategically
- Experience coordinating marketing projects across multiple execution team members
- A sharp eye for visual creative (image and video) and design
- Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization, with the ability to advise clients on improvements
- Genuine passion for e-commerce marketing and a commitment to mastering the craft
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract insights that improve client results
- A love of learning — and helping others learn — with the humility that comes with it (no egos)
- Customer-centric mindset and a drive to win against tough odds
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships, both internal and external
