The Product Analyst will translate business needs into clear requirements, support Agile execution, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Support backlog management by organizing priorities, identifying dependencies, and helping maintain delivery readiness
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Operations, and business teams to clarify requirements and reduce delivery friction
- Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, blockers, and action items across teams and stakeholders
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum Master, product support or project coordination
- Must have experience with Agile delivery methods, including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
- Ability to write user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Experience coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items across teams
- Ability to communicate requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using Agile or collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
