- Manage multiple concurrent projects across states and time zones without letting anything slip
- Deliver every project on the Bluebird framework so that clients get an identical, polished experience regardless of location
- Own the numbers: timeline, budget, and margin on every project you touch
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manufacturers, and installers
- Communicate proactively; clients and leadership should never have to ask for a status update
- Write clearly and precisely; your updates, meeting notes, and closeout documents are client-facing deliverables

- Coordinate installer selection and scheduling with our operations team
- Verify work quality through structured checklists, photo documentation, and closeout validation
- Feed lessons learned back into the playbook so that the framework constantly gets better
Skills
- 3+ years managing projects with hard deadlines, real budgets, and multiple stakeholders; industry is open
- Exceptional organizational ability; you can hold dozens of moving pieces across many projects and drop none of them
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; you can brief an executive, direct an installer, and calm a client in the same afternoon
- High intelligence and fast learning; you pick up new systems, technology, and industry context quickly
- Process discipline; you can follow a framework consistently and improve it thoughtfully, not reinvent it on every project
- Ownership mentality; when it is your project, the outcome is yours
