- Translate business goals into execution plans: Convert established business priorities into actionable project plans, milestones, workflows, and operating processes
- Drive AI evaluation programs: Shape and sequence a portfolio of evaluation work, setting priorities across projects and grounding program plans in a real understanding of the eval lifecycle
- Set the bar for AI-native ways of working: Use AI and automation tools natively, and define how the team applies them to plan, coordinate, and communicate at program scale
- Drive cross-functional execution: Coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and ensure work progresses efficiently toward shared objectives

- Use data to guide decisions: Define and track project metrics, evaluate outcomes, and use insights to recommend improvements and inform execution decisions
