The Vice President will be responsible for expanding executive relationships with health systems, identifying new consulting opportunities, and partnering with healthcare executives to design transformational workforce, operational, and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies by cultivating executive relationships with healthcare leaders and boards, identifying consulting opportunities, generating enterprise partnerships, managing complex executive sales cycles, and leading strategic presentations and proposal development to drive organizational growth
- Collaborate with consulting leaders to design and deliver integrated solutions across healthcare operations, workforce strategy, executive search, enterprise RPO, physician recruitment, organizational development, retention strategy, AI workforce technology, digital talent ecosystems, and executive advisory services that address client priorities and drive measurable business outcomes
- Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders, serve as a trusted strategic advisor, identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships, foster long-term client success, and represent Churchstreeter and Crosse as a leader in healthcare consulting and workforce solutions
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, workforce challenges, and the competitive consulting landscape to identify emerging opportunities, recommend innovative service offerings, and collaborate on strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and client value
Skills
- Minimum 12 years of healthcare consulting experience
- Minimum 10 years of executive healthcare business development
- Experience with one or more of: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or SaaS
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise consulting services to health systems
- Existing executive relationships within healthcare organizations
- Documented success developing multi-million-dollar consulting engagements
- Bachelor's degree and master's degree preferred
- A portable portfolio of executive relationships and demonstrated success generating consulting opportunities within integrated healthcare systems is strongly preferred
