Silicontek Inc is seeking a high-caliber Project Manager / Business Analyst to operate as a strategic partner embedded directly within a client organization. In this dual-function role, you will lead high-stakes enterprise initiatives, synthesize complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders, and orchestrate external vendors to ensure seamless, end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Management & BA Scoping: Facilitate comprehensive interviews with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex requirements. You will ensure all project specifications align strictly with overarching scope and enterprise objectives
- Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management: Drive the end-to-end execution of enterprise-level initiatives, including the rigorous management of timelines, project scope, risk mitigation strategies, and performance tracking
- Vendor Orchestration: Serve as the primary lead for client vendors and third-party partners. You will be responsible for holding external teams accountable to Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables and established timelines
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as the centralized point of contact for client leadership. Your role is to facilitate consensus across matrixed teams and deliver clear, executive-ready status reports and presentations
Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing enterprise initiatives, with a demonstrated background performing both Project Manager and Business Analyst functions
- Expert requirement elicitation, vendor oversight, and sophisticated stakeholder management
- Prior experience in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech) is highly preferred
