They are seeking a Talent Operations & Recruitment Apprentice to assist with recruitment processes, candidate outreach, and onboarding workflows while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to areas such as:
- Recruitment strategy and talent pipeline development
- Writing, improving, and organizing job posts
- Candidate sourcing and profile research
- Candidate outreach, follow-ups, and communication
- Screening workflows and candidate evaluation support
- Interview preparation and interview coordination
- Creating and improving screening questions
- Supporting practical assignments and evaluation processes
- Candidate verification and profile review
- Onboarding workflows, documents, and communication
- Recruitment calling scripts and candidate engagement flows
- Organizing candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment pipelines
- Researching hiring platforms, recruitment channels, and talent acquisition methods
- Supporting hiring operations across AI, data, engineering, product, business, and operations roles
- Working directly with leadership on recruitment priorities, execution, and process improvement
Skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to write clear candidate messages, job posts, and onboarding instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information
- Comfort working with documents, spreadsheets, dashboards, or project management tools
- Ability to research candidates, roles, platforms, and hiring processes
- Professional communication style when interacting with candidates
- Ability to follow processes while also suggesting improvements
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes
- Seriousness, execution, communication, reliability, and the willingness to learn quickly
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, HR technology, or startup operations
- Prior recruitment experience is helpful, but not required
- Interest in AI tools and how they can improve recruitment workflows
- Curiosity about startups, company building, AI, recruitment, and talent systems
