They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in industrial X-ray and CT capital equipment within the semiconductor market, focusing on customer relationships and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of industrial X-ray / CT inspection and metrology equipment to semiconductor customers
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor fabs and related accounts
- Apply knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, wafer inspection, chip inspection, metrology, and process control to position technical solutions effectively
- Translate complex technical advantages into clear business value for customers
- Develop regional sales strategies, pricing approaches, forecasts, and account plans
- Lead contract, pricing, and quotation discussions for capital equipment sales
- Monitor semiconductor market trends, customer investment cycles, and competitive activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, visit reports, and pipeline updates
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings
- Provide product and application support in collaboration with technical teams
Skills
- Proven sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with capital equipment, inspection systems, metrology tools, industrial X-ray, or CT technology
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication, wafer processing, chip/device inspection, quality control, and metrology applications
- Established contacts within the U.S. semiconductor fab, foundry, IDM, OSAT, or related customer base
- Ability to sell complex technical solutions and communicate value to engineering, quality, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Experience with contract negotiations, pricing, quotations, CRM tools, and sales forecasting
- Professional-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
