Responsibilities
- Own regional business growth by expanding market coverage and developing high-performing dealer partnerships
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and support new dealer partners to strengthen market coverage and accelerate sales growth
- Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales leaders, and key industry stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities
- Partner with dealers to develop business plans, sales initiatives, and local growth strategies that drive long-term success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and support regional expansion strategies
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in precision agriculture, agricultural equipment, or related agricultural industries
- Experience working with agricultural equipment dealers, dealer networks, distribution channels, or dealer-led go-to-market models
- Established relationships within the agricultural equipment industry and a proven track record of growing business within a defined region
- Strong understanding of dealer sales models, regional market development, and channel-driven business growth
- Willingness to travel extensively and maintain a strong presence in the market
