Key Responsibilities
- Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize Verisma software applications to manage and process medical records, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues, demonstrating expertise in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Organize records and documents to complete the ROI process, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations, applying knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
- Provide exemplary customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience for customers and stakeholders.
- Interact with customers and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Utilize reference materials and training to ensure compliance and confidentiality are maintained, staying up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry developments and company initiatives.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 2+ years of experience completing clerical or office work, with a strong understanding of office equipment and software applications.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications to complete tasks, with a high level of proficiency in a variety of tools.
- The ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
- A detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred qualifications include:
