The Remote Real Estate Mentor & Growth Partner role focuses on guiding agents through business development and mentorship, helping them improve productivity and client experiences through coaching and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Guiding real estate professionals through business development, transaction processes, and strategic growth initiatives
- Conducting virtual coaching sessions
- Hosting small group masterminds
- Providing one-on-one mentorship on topics such as lead generation, listing and buyer presentation skills, and business planning
- Helping agents implement effective systems
- Reviewing performance metrics
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, and client experience
- Creating actionable growth plans
- Sharing best practices
- Facilitating training in digital tools and platforms
- Collaborating with AGNT leadership to align mentorship programs with organizational goals
- Maintaining consistent communication
- Documenting progress
- Providing proactive support for agents at various stages of their careers
Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a real estate agent, team leader, or broker with a strong track record of production and agent development
- Expertise in business planning, lead generation strategies, and building scalable systems for listings, buyers, and client communication
- Ability to mentor and coach professionals using clear, constructive feedback and structured growth frameworks
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive coaching style
- Comfort with virtual collaboration tools, CRM platforms, and online training or webinar technologies
- Capacity to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple mentees, and maintain organized records of coaching activities
- Understanding of residential real estate market dynamics, compliance considerations, and brokerage operations in at least one major region
- Prior experience delivering training, workshops, or mentoring programs is highly beneficial
- Coaching certifications or leadership training are a plus
