Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of target accounts, including organisational structures, strategic priorities, and key stakeholders
- Create and execute account strategies in partnership with sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities where the company's solutions can deliver measurable business value and develop compelling ROI-driven business cases
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, close, and account expansion
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts while securing new business opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
Skills
- A proven track record of success in enterprise software sales
- Strong experience selling complex technology solutions, including SaaS, data platforms, AI, machine learning, analytics, or related enterprise technologies
- Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including how insurers evaluate, prioritise, and purchase technology solutions
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans within large enterprise organisations
- Ability to coordinate and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- A consultative mindset focused on solving client challenges and delivering measurable business impact
