Advansappz is seeking a remote SAP HCM Payroll (Canada) Consultant to focus on configuring and supporting SAP HCM Payroll for Canadian operations. The role requires strong expertise in HR and payroll processes, along with effective communication and consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- Configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP HCM Payroll for Canadian operations
- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, particularly within HR and payroll environments
- Consulting experience, including stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and solution recommendation
- Hands-on expertise with SAP HCM Payroll (Canada) and familiarity with SAP FICO integration points
- Experience in managing and maintaining Master Data related to HR, payroll, and employee records
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a contract setting
Skills
