Misfits Market is a mission-driven, high-growth startup dedicated to reducing food waste and making sustainable grocery shopping easier. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Paid Social) to manage their paid social program, focusing on customer acquisition strategies and creative development.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition campaigns on paid social media channels including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest
- Drive paid social’s creative strategy including ideation, brief writing, post-launch performance analysis, and iteration
- Collaborate with brand team members including videographers, copywriters, designers to develop creative
- Collaborate with produce and grocery category managers to identify creative storytelling opportunities within the Misfits Market product catalog
- Perform and communicate performance updates and creative insights
- Perform A/B testing to find insights and optimizations
- Stay up-to-date on social media marketing, competitor, and grocery industry trends to identify opportunities and optimizations
Skills
- 4+ years of experience managing paid social media marketing campaigns
- Full mastery of Meta Ads platform, including ad management, reporting, and conversion tracking
- Experience with growth / performance marketing objectives including new customer acquisition and/or sales
- Experience managing creative development
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to express quantitative data & insights clearly and concisely
