Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crum & Forster is a leading provider of insurance solutions with a 200-year history. They are seeking a Senior Product Management Specialist to manage product setup, compliance, and collaboration across various departments to ensure effective product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely set up of new products using underwriter and account guidelines
- Create, revise, and review plan documents and other related policy forms
- Use structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root cause and effective corrective counter measures
- Support complete product and document lifecycle from set-up, through testing, and to delivery
- Work with the QA and Development team on product testing, bug reporting, and change requests
- Follow written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities
- Vertical lead champion who represents the department and can accurately communicate projects and updates to the broader group and business leads
- Product compliance review of marketing and websites
- Understand and maintain knowledge of current state laws and regulatory environments for assigned states
- Formulate responses to member inquiries elevated by Customer Service and Claims teams
- Continuously updates product and job knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience with state filings
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with policy form development and editing preferred
- Understanding of product related compliance, regulatory, and risk requirements preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
