They are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead the implementation of a centralized client management platform, focusing on client onboarding, contract management, and reporting workflows within Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Design and deploy a centralized client system of record
- Migrate existing client data from Excel-based tracking into Dynamics 365
- Configure client onboarding, contract tracking, implementation workflows, and account management processes
- Develop role-based experiences for Sales, Implementation, Account Management, and Executive teams
- Configure and support Power Automate workflows
- Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and Jira, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
- Build foundational dashboards and reporting
- Recommend best practices and make implementation decisions with limited day-to-day direction
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize deliverables and manage milestones
- Provide knowledge transfer and support end-user training
Skills
- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation experience
- Experience leading Dynamics 365 CRM implementations from discovery through production deployment
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint integration, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience migrating and normalizing data from spreadsheets and legacy systems
- Experience building workflow automation and approval processes
- Ability to work independently and drive solutions in an agile environment
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Jira
- Experience building Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, payer, or other regulated healthcare environments
- Familiarity with contract management and client onboarding workflows
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
