The role involves engaging with high-potential prospects and existing clients, leveraging technical acumen and consultative selling skills to develop tailored solutions in the AEC sector.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales activities (prospecting, value-based presentations, online demos)
- Manage your book of business and develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and develop opportunities within the existing customer base
- Lead consultative discovery to understand customer pain points and design value-driven solutions
- Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and solution adoption
- Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal teams with product knowledge and sales strategies
- Partner with marketing to co-create campaigns, customer testimonials, and thought leadership content
- Provide feedback to product teams to inform roadmap and innovation
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM data to support forecasting and performance tracking
