The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts in the Seattle area, focusing on driving growth and securing design wins in the datacenter and computing markets.
Responsibilities
- Sr. Account Manager for a key Datacenter and Compute customer in Seattle
- Responsibility of both opportunity and revenue management at the account base
- Owns account strategy, tactical account plan (e.g., what resources and technical support are needed, coverage model), and client relationship
- Orchestrates the Executive level relationships and interactions with the account and NXP MT
- Owns the design, deployment and execution of account strategy
- Defines early engagement model at accounts for new business models
- Coordinates globally and facilitates joint business meetings across units and geographies and drives strategy towards the BL (i.e., roadmap development, alignment of support resources)
- Identifies and captures growth opportunities
- Facilitates development of solutions with the client as a relationship, helping them design future products and being an ecosystem player
- Owns and drives the contract negotiations (quarterly and annually), including MPAs and Terms and conditions to increase NXP's share for all products
- Establishes team priorities
- Coordinates technical support
Skills
- 8 years of sales experience - major account management experience required
- BSEE required
- MSEE and/or MBA desired
