The Senior TeleStaff Solution Consultant is an experienced individual with an in-depth understanding of the UKG TeleStaff Cloud solution and public sector industry knowledge. This role involves designing application solutions, mentoring peers, and ensuring quality delivery of TeleStaff services.
Responsibilities
- Architect the design of the application
- Utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates
- Be a Mentor to your peers
- Responsible for the quality delivery of all things TeleStaff for the practice
- Work with leadership team, alongside UKG, to ensure the latest technological/product enhancements and tools are leverage where applicable
- Solid understanding of UKG modules
- Perform current business process/rules analysis
- Collaborate with teammates with various skill sets to design and deliver a seamless UKG solution
- Use professional concepts and tools to implement software in various environments
- Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features, best practices, and system processes and procedures
- Conduct necessary application research, support the creation of testing scenarios and provide testing support
- Utilize professional ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to numerous critical situations
- Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog
- Interface with customer to build solid
- Actively pursue opportunities within the team to widen your
- Demonstrate consistent record of accuracy
- Demonstrate consistency in responsiveness to teammates and customers
Skills
- In-depth understanding of the UKG TeleStaff Cloud solution
- Public sector industry knowledge and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid understanding of UKG modules
- 3-10 years of implementing UKG Telestaff Cloud or previous versions
- Experience delivering the unified WFM/TS solution to customers, preferably for SMB, and a minimum of 5+ years of related work experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on video
- Ability to work remotely from home office in North America
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proven record of accuracy in executing work
- Broad knowledge of scheduling, workforce management, HR/Payroll, ERP or similar domain product/systems is preferred
