Qualifications:
- An engineering degree or diploma, ideally in the fields of marine, mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical.
- It is essential to have seven to ten years of solid and productive sales experience in the marine business, ideally selling capital equipment.
- An effective communicator and strong networker who has managed to establish and preserve a strong internal and external network.
- The capacity for high-level internal and external communication.
- Results-oriented and tenacious in pursuing organisational goals.
- The capacity to work directly with all departments, including product, development, marketing, sales, and account management.
- Being open to travelling.
