About the Role
We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our expanding remote team as Travel Services Coordinator. This position centers on assisting travelers with planning and coordinating memorable vacations while providing exceptional support throughout the travel preparation process.
As a Travel Services Coordinator, you'll help clients evaluate travel options, organize trip details, and coordinate reservations for a variety of experiences including cruises, resort stays, family vacations, group travel, and international journeys.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing details, and building professional skills in a flexible work-from-home environment. Industry training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with identifying travel experiences that fit their interests, schedules, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, vacation packages, and travel opportunities
Coordinate travel arrangements including lodging, transportation, cruises, activities, and excursions
Provide helpful information and planning assistance throughout the decision-making process
Manage booking requests, reservation updates, and itinerary changes
Communicate with travelers through email, phone, and online communication channels
Work with supplier partners to secure reservations and confirm travel details
Maintain organized records of client profiles, bookings, and itinerary information
Stay current on destination updates, supplier programs, and travel promotions
Help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from inquiry through booking completion
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, customer support, or service-oriented roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to stay organized while balancing multiple responsibilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the U.S., U.K, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring regions
