Position Summary
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in helping others bring their travel plans to life? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Booking Specialist.
In this role, you will assist travelers with selecting and securing vacation arrangements while helping ensure every booking is accurate, organized, and tailored to the client's needs. You'll support a wide variety of travel experiences, including resort stays, cruises, family vacations, group travel, and international trips.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing details, and building valuable skills in a flexible work-from-home environment. No previous travel industry experience is required, as complete training and ongoing support are provided.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist travelers with booking accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages
Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable travel options
Research destinations, travel products, and vacation experiences
Provide information regarding available packages, pricing, and travel opportunities
Coordinate reservation requests and booking confirmations
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online communication platforms
Work with supplier partners to verify reservations and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and client information
Stay current on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination news
Deliver professional support throughout the reservation process
Qualifications
Interest in customer service, travel, hospitality, or sales-related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Professional attitude with a willingness to learn
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
Prior travel industry experience is not required; training is provided
