They are seeking an experienced Legal Operations consultant to lead the implementation of a legal front door tool, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective adoption and workflow processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and rollout of a legal front door tool that centralizes how legal requests are submitted, triaged, and tracked
- Partner closely with executive leadership, legal, sales, and IT to gather requirements, align priorities, structure intake and workflow processes, coordinate integrations, and ensure adoption across teams
- Drive complex implementation projects forward with minimal oversight
Skills
- Deep, hands-on experience leading implementations of Legal Front Door or CLM platforms
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through rollout
- Ability to partner closely with executive leadership, legal, sales, and IT
- Experience gathering requirements and aligning priorities
- Experience structuring intake and workflow processes
- Experience coordinating integrations
- Ability to ensure adoption across teams
- High degree of independence
- Ability to proactively drive complex implementation projects forward with minimal oversight
