Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is seeking a Social Content Strategist with a strong focus on Reddit to support a high-priority AEO initiative. This role involves developing and managing a content strategy dedicated to Reddit, ensuring high-quality output, and optimizing content based on user engagement and performance trends.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the Reddit content strategy tied to broader AEO goals
- Build and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality output
- Create and scale a Reddit post / prompt library to support ongoing content creation
- Develop content frameworks aligned to high-intent user questions and search behavior
- Monitor Reddit activity to maintain quality, manage inbound content, and prevent misuse/spam
- Optimize content in real time based on performance, engagement, and visibility trends
- Identify content gaps and surface new opportunities based on user behavior and competitive insights
- Partner with internal teams and agency stakeholders to execute and refine strategy
- Stay closely attuned to Reddit dynamics, including tone, community behavior, and platform volatility
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in social content strategy, content marketing, or SEO/AEO-related roles
- Strong foundation in organic content strategy-understanding what drives engagement and discoverability
- Experience building and owning content calendars and scalable content systems
- Familiarity with AEO and how content surfaces within AI-driven search tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews)
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Professional Reddit experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong content strategy expertise with a genuine understanding of Reddit, including how content performs, community expectations, and platform nuances (personal use is absolutely acceptable)
- Prior experience with AEO is not required, but the client needs someone who is AI-curious, stays up to date with trends, and has interest to dive deep into AEO and apply it to this role
