They are seeking an Epic Clinical Analyst Sr to analyze and maintain Epic clinical applications while driving digital transformation and improving patient engagement.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing, configuring, developing, testing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining Epic clinical applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements
- Obtains and maintains in-depth knowledge of software functionality and acquires and utilizes knowledge of operational workflows to be implemented
- Drive digital transformation and patient engagement
- Optimize digital patient journeys through configuration, integrations, and workflow automation, delivering improved user experience and measurable efficiency gains to support modern healthcare delivery
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing, information technology, allied health professions, business or a related field
- Current Epic certification for assigned application(s)
- Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfaces, operating platforms and network software
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows and terminology specific to appropriate clinical department
- 5 years of analyst experience in similar clinical system implementation or EHR system support
- License or certification in related clinical field or information systems
- 5 years of analyst experience in similar clinical system implementation or EHR system support AND 5 years of project management or clinical experience in the areas of Radiology, Laboratory OR/Anesthesia, Oncology, Emergency Department, Cardiology or other appropriate healthcare area
